Nowadays, social media play an important role in e commerce market. Social media is rather a collective platform that is mainly practiced by countless gatherings of people with various topics, interactions and other knowledge sharing purposes.

1.Get start.

The most important thing to do is to start. You don’t need to know anything to do this. Create an account and commit to posting content. Nothing is going to happen without starting. Billions of people are using social media worldwide

Those who quit following you because you post too much aren’t your market and won’t buy from you anyway. If people aren’t complaining about how much you post you are not posting enough. By sharing the content of a competitor or another expert and giving them credit, you will pick up followers from those that follow them.

You should also keep an eye out for hashtags that are trending, to exploit.It will succeed in rousing interactivity and building communities with hashtagged campaigns, which make your contents explore and explore to lots of people. 6.Engage your customers.

Take the time to respond if a customer posts a reply to one of your posts. Whether it’s a purchase, a referral, feedback, product return or complaint…respond to your customers with absolute professionalism and they will return. Social media is meant to be interactive, and this is a two-way street that you need to pave as the merchant
